1. Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of VoidPrompt, including the web app, desktop app, mobile app, and related services.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means all features, interfaces, APIs, and related content provided by VoidPrompt.
- "User" means any person or organization using the Service.
- "Account" means the user profile used for authentication and settings.
- "Credits" means usage units tied to AI requests and related operations.
3. Eligibility and Access
To use the Service, you must:
- provide accurate and current account information;
- keep your credentials confidential;
- have authority to act for your organization if you use a business account;
- comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for activity performed through your Account, except where unauthorized access is caused directly by a security failure attributable to VoidPrompt.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;
- bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls;
- reverse engineer, copy at scale, or resell the Service without written permission;
- upload or distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code;
- violate third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
VoidPrompt may suspend or restrict access if these Terms are violated or if activity creates security or legal risk.
5. Organization Accounts
Workspace owners may invite members and manage permissions.
The workspace owner is responsible for:
- member access management;
- credit allocation settings;
- removing access that is no longer required;
- ensuring invited users comply with these Terms.
6. Billing, Plans, and Credits
Some features are paid, including subscriptions and credit purchases.
- Pricing may change for future purchases and renewals.
- Unless stated otherwise, charges are billed in advance.
- Used credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
- If payment fails, access to some paid features may be limited or suspended.

7. Intellectual Property
The Service, software, branding, and proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, VoidPrompt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.
You retain your rights in content you submit, except for the rights needed by VoidPrompt to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
8. AI Output and User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- prompts, files, messages, and other data you submit;
- reviewing AI output before relying on it;
- ensuring your use of input and output complies with law and your internal policies.
AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information. You must independently validate results before making business, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
9. Availability and Maintenance
VoidPrompt uses reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Temporary downtime may occur due to:
- scheduled maintenance;
- security updates;
- technical incidents;
- events beyond reasonable control.
10. Disclaimer and Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- the Service is provided "as is" and "as available";
- VoidPrompt disclaims implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose;
- total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Suspension and Termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
VoidPrompt may suspend or terminate access for:
- material or repeated breach of these Terms;
- serious security risk;
- legal or regulatory requirement.
12. Changes to Terms
VoidPrompt may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or product changes.
The version published on this page is the version in force at the time of use.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
Unless mandatory law states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law applicable to the legal entity operating VoidPrompt.
Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt a good-faith resolution.
